Full in-depth Risk and Security Assessment

This is a professional service which meets all current EU H&S legislation regarding duty of care and best practice. To mitigate such travel risk and give peace of mind to both the employer and the employee. The Health& Safety at Work Act etc. 1974 is very clear on who is responsible and for what which means you are an employer and you have not adequately assessed the risk, mitigated it wherever possible and informed the employee at risk you are guilty of break-in the law.

This service is tailored to the individual travelling and the location to which they travel. We are able, using years of experience, to write very tight parameters into any Travel Risk Assessment meaning that you will have done everything within your power to meet your legal duty as far as is reasonably practicable. This WILL save you time and money should there be any incident as you will be able to demonstrate your acceptance of duty and that you have mitigated such risk as was reasonably foreseeable.

As a corporate traveller you will need to have a robust travel policy and Risk Assessment in place to cover your corporate travel risk.

Suitable and Sufficient examination of all Reasonably foreseeable risks with adequate control measures to mitigate such risk to an acceptable level - thereby demonstrating discharging fully your duty of care within the legal understanding of H&S legislation.
